S&N is now a home group. Joining all three of our international companies together, for exceptional customer service, home fragrance product / componentry knowledge, sourcing and supply capabilities.
JAMES & CO FRAGRANCE
James & Co operates from Sturminster Newton, in the heart
of Dorset, where you can find their head offices, warehousing and production facilities, as well as a small shop.
As well as their own branded collection, available to purchase direct or as a trade customer online or in store. James & Co also offer UK based private label manufacturing and decelopment services to a number of large UK based retailers and supermarkets. They manufacture all liquid filled products on site in Dorset, including room sprays, oils, diffusers and refills as well as having facilities to produce container filled candles and cater to any other private label packing requirements.
James & Co's sizeable UK warehousing facilities provide space to stock common componentry that are imported from overseas, enabling quick reactions to sales/ seasonal trends.
• Started manufacturing approx. 200,000 diffusers a year. Now manufacture and sell approx. 5 million diffusers and liquid fill items py.
• Can produce up to 2,500 candles per day

S&N CHINA
S&N China was established in 2019, is based in Shandong, China, and is the newest addition to the group. At the end of 2023, we expanded our site to enable us to manufacture larger volumes of bulk liquid fill products as well as candles. We have capabilities to produce over 10 million diffusers & oils a year, as well as the capacity to produce over 3 million candles a year.
S&N China has been set up as a replicate of our UK manufacturing site and is audited for both ethical and technical purposes. Members of staff from James & Co frequently travel and spend time with the team in China to ensure we continue to provide a unique, high quality level of service and products for both domestic and FOB supply customers.
Our team in China are constantly researching new products, techniques and innovative home fragrance alternatives, enabling us to predict upcoming trends, as well as allowing time to source the highest quality and most competitive componentry.
We're able to offer FOB supply from our Chinease site across the world.
S&N INDIA
S&N India is situated in Kolkata, Eastern India.
Kolkata has its own port, enabling us to easily ship containers of componentry to be packed off within the UK or to supply orders FOB.
India is known for vibrant colours, delicacies and fragrances, our pot pourri is always fresh, on trend and delicately blended with natural fragrances and aromas following years of manufacturing experience.
Having strong sourcing teams in India, so closely linked with the UK site, means that we can source other items such as ceramics, incense, oil burners, candle snuffers, glass bowls etc. enabling us to put forward full range offerings to our customers to make launching new ranges as stress free as possible.
We're frequently monitoring upcomining trends, products and new vessels to launch to the market; recyclable and environmentally friendly and plastic free packaging is in high demand, to follow the modern move of being more eco. Shaped cages, craft/ wooden boxes, glass jars and fully recyclable packaging are just a few, innovative options we've developed with customers.
A member of staff from our UK office spends 5-6 months of the year in India in order to certify that there are no gaps in communication between our UK and India offices. This connection ensures that both teams are able to work closely together to provide immaculate service.
